// How we lock the price

Prices on this website are indicative and do not constitute a public offer. The final cost depends on the requirements, scope, integrations, and timeline and may be lower or higher than the indicated range. After the brief, we confirm the exact scope, price, and timeline in an individual proposal.

// FAQ

Frequent questions

Can we start small and scale up later?+

Yes. We split the project into stages and ship an MVP first — something that delivers value immediately. Then each module is scoped separately: estimate, sprint, demo, refinement. This reduces the risk of overpaying for features you don't need and lets you validate ideas with real users.

What does the first week look like?+

Days 1–2 — kickoff call, we lock in goals and KPIs. Days 3–4 — technical architecture and sprint plan in your client cabinet. Day 5 — access handover and first sprint start. From then on, you see progress in real time: tasks, stages, documents, chat — all in one Kildom portal.

How do we communicate during the project?+

Primary channel — chat in your Kildom cabinet, tied to the project: history is preserved, nothing gets lost. We mirror notifications to Telegram so urgent things don't slip. On request — weekly demo calls and staging access.

What if we change our mind about features mid-project?+

It's normal — especially after the first demo. We re-estimate the affected tasks and confirm scope changes in writing through our proposals system. No hidden invoices or 'we'll figure it out later' — every change is locked at the document level.

Typical timelines?+

Landing — 1–3 weeks, Telegram bot — 1–2 weeks, integration — 3–7 days, CRM/admin — 4–8 weeks, complex platform — from 2 months. Exact timelines are locked after the brief and estimate. Rush jobs get a priority slot with a markup.

How is the price calculated?+

Price = scope × team hourly rate. From the brief we break down tasks, estimate each in hours, and publish a proposal in your cabinet. You see exactly what each line costs. Discounts apply to bundled scopes and long-term support.

What's the payment schedule?+

Standard — 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. For longer projects we split by milestones: 30% start, 40% after prototype, 30% after launch. We accept bank transfer (B2B contract), cards, SBP, crypto. All invoices and acts are one click away in your cabinet.

Do you require prepayment? What if I don't like the result?+

Yes, we don't start without prepayment — it covers discovery and early sprints. Your safeguard: after the first demo (usually within 1–2 weeks) you can stop the project, and we refund the unused portion. All terms are in the contract, not verbal.

Do you offer subscription / hourly retainers?+

We offer a 'Monthly Support' subscription — 10 development hours per month at a fixed rate. Includes monitoring, backups, ≤4h response time, small enhancements. Unused hours roll over for one month. Convenient when you need 'a team on tap'.

What's included in post-launch support?+

Base package: uptime and error monitoring (Sentry/Prometheus), daily DB backups, dependency updates with security patches, bug fixes from your queue, SSL renewals. Small tweaks up to 1 hour — included in the subscription. Larger features — quoted separately.

What if your server goes down?+

We have auto-restart, healthchecks, and Telegram alerts to the on-call team. Uptime SLA for paid subscriptions — 99.5%. For disaster recovery — daily off-site backups and a documented runbook. If downtime exceeds the SLA, we issue a credit.

Hosting — yours or ours?+

Either. Ours — Hetzner / Cloudflare / Yandex Cloud, fully managed and monitored, billed at cost-plus. Yours — we configure your AWS/GCP/any VPS, you retain access. Hybrid — frontend on your infra, DB and services on ours.

Can we maintain the project ourselves?+

Of course. We hand over docs (architecture decision records, DB schemas, deploy runbooks), source code in your Git repo, and all credentials. If you're transferring to an internal team — we run onboarding sessions and stay available as consultants.

Who owns the code?+

Fully yours. On project closure you receive exclusive ownership rights to the developed code, design, and content. This is in the contract. We retain the right to mention the project in our portfolio — but only the publicly-known parts, with your consent.

Do you work via contract and bank transfer?+

Yes. Standard contractor agreement + spec as appendix. Payment for B2B — bank transfer with or without VAT, for sole proprietors — simplified taxation, for individuals — card/SBP. Closing acts are issued automatically after milestone acceptance. International FX contracts — separately.

Do you sign NDAs?+

We sign a standard NDA before discussing project details. If you have your own template — we'll review and sign after legal check. All Kildom staff and contractors work under signed confidentiality agreements.

What about user personal data?+

By default we host in Russia (152-FZ compliance) or EU (GDPR) — your choice. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is logged, and we support 'delete my data' and export-on-request. We help file the notification with the regulator.

What's your tech stack?+

Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript, React Native. Backend: Node.js, Rust for high-load, Go for microservices, Python for ML, Spring Boot for enterprise. Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse. Infra: Docker, Kubernetes, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions. AI: OpenAI, Anthropic. The stack is picked per task.

Do you build mobile apps?+

Yes — React Native for most cases (one codebase, iOS + Android), Swift/Kotlin for native parts with heavy graphics or AR. We help with App Store and Google Play submission, including first-time review.

Can you integrate with our CRM?+

Yes. Ready-made connectors for Bitrix24, AmoCRM, HubSpot. Any CRM with REST or webhooks — we wire it up in 3–7 days. Field mapping, retries on failure, full logs. The Kildom admin has a dedicated CRM integrations panel with test requests and import history.

Can you embed AI / GPT in our product?+

Yes. Common use cases: support AI assistant (with your knowledge base), generating descriptions/emails/content, lead and ticket classification, smart search, voice transcription. We use OpenAI GPT-4, Anthropic Claude, or local models (Llama) — depending on budget and privacy needs.

How much does an AI feature cost?+

A simple AI assistant with a knowledge base — from 60 000 RUB development, plus monthly token costs (usually 3 000–15 000 RUB). Complex AI logic with autonomous agents — from 200 000 RUB. We help optimize prompts so token costs don't eat into ROI.
